Born and raised in the Boston area, Lindsey Pearlstein Smith grew up immersed in the world of real estate. Her father ran a brokerage that consistently won “Best of Boston” for over 35 years—where she helped with open houses, mailers, and other tasks she does until this day. This inspired her to pursue a career helping others, while valuing integrity and hard work. She moved to Austin to attend the University of Texas, drawn by the city’s vibrant community and warm weather. Eleven years later, Austin has become home, thanks to its kind and down-to-earth people, and the endless opportunities it offers.
Teaching in Austin’s public and private schools provided Lindsey with invaluable skills in communication and understanding individual needs. Encouraged by her father, she took a leap into real estate during the pandemic, earning her license in 2020. Since then, she has made professional growth a priority, earning several designations and recognition as a NAR 30 Under 30 Winner in 2024. Her ability to connect with clients and tailor strategies to their goals has set her apart in Austin’s competitive market.
Outside of work, Lindsey enjoys life with her husband Parker and their 100-pound German Shepherd, Watson. She’s a passionate foodie, always scouting Austin’s best new restaurants and patios. You’ll often find her reading Eater Austin, planning her next culinary adventure, or catching a movie at Alamo Drafthouse. When it comes to leisure, Lindsey believes in making every moment count—just as she does for her clients.
