Alicia Ward grew up in Houston and moved to Austin in 2005 to attend The University of Texas. With a background in marketing and branding, she built a successful career helping businesses grow before transitioning into real estate. Her expertise in sales, negotiation, and market analysis gives her an edge in helping clients find their dream homes and sell properties for top dollar. Beyond residential real estate, Alicia also has extensive knowledge of commercial properties, helping businesses make strategic investments.
Real estate is in Alicia’s blood—her father was both a Realtor and an investor, sparking her early passion for the industry. When she and her husband, Mike, purchased their first home and investment property in Austin, they quickly realized the potential for building wealth through real estate. Since then, they have expanded their portfolio across South, Central, and North Austin, giving Alicia deep insight into the city’s most desirable neighborhoods. Her detail-oriented approach, strong negotiation skills, and commitment to top-notch service set her apart, ensuring every client experience is seamless and rewarding.
Outside of real estate, Alicia is a devoted wife and mother to two energetic boys, Finn (5) and Weston (2). She enjoys spending time with her family, hiking and biking the Greenbelt, and exploring Austin’s vibrant food and music scene. At home, she loves cooking up something delicious or playing fetch with their dog, Berkeley.
