Annette Patterson arrived in Austin in 1986 to attend the University of Texas and has considered herself a local ever since. Immersing herself in Austin’s vibrant art, film, and music scenes, she quickly fell in love with the city’s creative energy and sense of community. Having witnessed Austin’s transformation into a mecca for people from all walks of life, Annette treasures the friendships and professional relationships she’s built over the years.
With a degree in Communications and Advertising from UT, Annette spent two decades in advertising sales at The Austin Chronicle, gaining a block-by-block knowledge of the city. In 2011, she transitioned to real estate, combining her love of design and architecture with neighborhood expertise. As a proud mom of three kids—all currently navigating college—Annette brings a personal understanding of how families grow and evolve in Austin's dynamic market.
