Annie Castro is a proud Texan, raised on a Ross farm near Waco. She loves the sense of community and warmth that comes from small-town living. Living close to family and in a central location allows Annie to enjoy the best of Texas while traveling across the state, the U.S., and beyond.
With a BBA in Management Information Systems and Supply Chain from Baylor University, Annie brings over seven years of experience advising Fortune 500 clients in technology and supply chain. Her strong business acumen, technology expertise, and collaborative approach make her an invaluable resource to her clients. Driven by a passion for land, home, and wellbeing, Annie aims to help her clients find their dream homes, create community, and build lasting wealth.
Annie is also an active member of the Waco wellness community and the owner of Asana with Annie, which was recognized as the #2 yoga studio in Waco for 2025. She’s honored to lead empowering and accessible yoga sessions in community, studio, and private group settings across town.
Annie loves living life with her husband, Rey, and their pitbull, Etta. She spends her free time practicing yoga, lifting weights, running, cooking, traveling, and enjoying a good local health-conscious restaurant or coffee spot.
