April Moreaux

Originally from the Dallas-Fort Worth area, April moved to Austin nearly two decades ago and quickly fell in love with its vibrant energy, eclectic charm, and the combination of lake, hill, and city life. Despite the city’s growth over the years, Austin continues to inspire her with its outdoor opportunities, incredible restaurant scene, and diverse culture.

Before transitioning to real estate, April worked as a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) nurse for 12 years. Her experience as an RN instilled in her a commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex situations while providing exceptional care. These skills translate seamlessly into her real estate practice, allowing her to listen deeply to her clients’ goals, address challenges with tailored solutions, and offer the highest level of service with honesty and integrity.

April is married and has two wonderful sons, along with her loyal dog, Scout. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family, exploring new travel destinations, hiking, enjoying time on the lake, and trying out Austin’s newest restaurants. She also treasures quiet moments reading a good book and connecting with the vibrant community she calls home.

Why is it important to you to partner with a local brokerage?

Partnering with a local Central Texas brokerage gives me valuable insights into neighborhood trends, property values, and market dynamics. This local expertise, combined with the resources and collaborative environment at Bramlett Partners, allows me to provide my clients with personalized service and tailored solutions.

What is your favorite local spot and why?

I love spending an afternoon on South Congress! From unique shopping and live music to incredible restaurants, there’s always something exciting to do. I’m also a fan of Lake Travis—spending the day on the water and capping it off with dinner while watching the sunset is hard to beat.

Is there a local cause that is important to you?

Hope Austin is a charity that’s close to my heart. They provide meals to students facing food insecurity, ensuring they have meals on the weekends when they’re not in school. Their mission to “end childhood hunger one child and one meal at a time” is vital, and I’m proud to support an organization making such a difference in our community.
