Dave Lawson is a sixth-generation Texan who has lived throughout the state and developed a deep appreciation for Texas communities, culture, and resilience. Drawn to Austin by its balance of city life and access to nature, Dave especially values the city’s commitment to preserving green spaces like the Barton Creek Greenbelt, which he considers one of the defining reasons he calls Austin home. His connection to Texas, combined with a strong appreciation for the entrepreneurial spirit and sense of community found across the state, shapes both his personal and professional approach.
Before building his career in real estate, Dave worked in construction remodeling homes and crafting custom cabinetry. Those hands-on experiences gave him a strong foundation in how homes are built, maintained, and improved, which naturally led him into property management and eventually real estate. In 2004, while working for an international luxury real estate developer in Colorado, colleagues encouraged him to pursue his real estate license after recognizing his talent for serving homeowners and building strong relationships. Over the years, Dave’s background in coaching, leadership, and client service has become central to his work. As Agent Success Manager at Bramlett Partners, he brings a people-first mindset focused on helping agents grow thriving businesses while delivering exceptional experiences to their clients.
Outside of work, Dave enjoys spending time with his daughter, whom he describes as the light of his life. Whether playing basketball together or embracing “girl dad” adventures, family remains at the center of his world. A lifelong snowboarder and mountaineer, Dave has climbed peaks throughout the American West and British Columbia and continues to enjoy outdoor adventure whenever possible. He is also passionate about art and spends his free time drawing and painting. Dave’s thoughtful, supportive nature and lifelong commitment to personal growth make him a trusted mentor, advocate, and leader within the real estate community.
