Elle has been acting since childhood and has called Austin home since transferring to UT in 1996, where she earned a degree in Theatre and Dance (which, fun fact, comes in surprisingly handy during negotiations). While working her way through school and for several years after, she managed the iconic Alamo Drafthouse Cinema—mastering customer service, creative problem-solving, and the fine art of carrying a giant tray of beer buckets and beverages without dropping it (most of the time). Years in the restaurant industry taught her how to adapt on the fly, keep cool under pressure, and make everyone feel welcome—even during a Friday night rush.
In 2003, Elle entered stage right into real estate, following in her dad’s footsteps. She quickly rose to Sales and Leasing Manager, only to discover she much preferred working one-on-one with clients, so they are the stars of the show. Having lived in central, north, and south Austin—and now calling Dripping Springs home—Elle brings deep familiarity with the entire Austin metro area. This experience gives her a well-rounded perspective, allowing her to understand what makes each area unique and to match clients with the right fit for their lifestyle and goals. Being at Bramlett Partners, Elle leverages boutique resources and trusted local partners to ensure seamless transactions and exceptional results.

When she’s not busy helping clients find their perfect home, Elle loves entertaining with her husband Brent and their pups, raising funds for the Ride to End ALZ in memory of her mom, or preparing for her next acting role.
