A friend of mine who had a successful experience with Eric recommended him to me. I had no experience in real estate as I was about to buy my first home. So I was very unsure about the right direction but with Eric's help, I soon began to learn about my options. He is extremely knowledgeable about Austin real estate so you can totally rely on him and feel safe and confident. He knows Austin's market extremely well. I found Eric when I was relocating from San Francisco to Austin. I knew I wanted to live really central, but I wasn't sure which neighborhood I would like the most or what I could afford, as it seems like things can vary quite a bit within a few miles. We looked north and south of the river and explored different neighborhoods on our search - Eric was very patient with all my questions about each - and I decided on buying in Travis Heights, which I absolutely love living in, the definite right choice. Unfortunately it was a tight seller's market (still is Austin), but Eric led the way and helped me get the house I wanted without any issue. I didn't ever feel pressured and he wasn't "salesy", thank goodness... he's been a great resource to me afterwards too with vendor recommendations.
