Originally from the charming town of Hiram, Ohio, Jan Daum moved to Central Texas when her late husband was stationed at Fort Hood. Since then, she has built a life surrounded by the vibrancy and opportunities the area offers. Jan loves the many things to do and see in the region and appreciates how it has become a true home for her family.
Before transitioning to real estate in 2011, Jan worked as an elementary school teacher, honing strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Her ability to explain complex concepts and adapt to changing situations translates seamlessly into her work as a Broker Associate. Driven by a dedication to her clients and a genuine passion for helping others, Jan offers innovative problem-solving, attentive listening, and a wealth of experience to every transaction.
Jan is a proud mother of adult twins who are the absolute joy of her life. Widowed when they were just five years old, she treasures the bond they share after overcoming life’s challenges together. Today, she is grateful to have a significant other of over 20 years and a little dog, Paddington, who rules the household. An avid runner since childhood, Jan starts her day with a run, often enjoying the peaceful trails of San Gabriel Park in Georgetown. When she’s not running, she finds joy in delivering Meals on Wheels, connecting with the community, and bringing smiles to others.
