Kaleb Yates was born in Southern California and raised in the Alaskan Bush, where he learned the value of resilience, resourcefulness, and self-reliance at an early age. From living off the grid to eventually settling in North Pole, Alaska, Kaleb’s upbringing was anything but ordinary. He later brought his skills to high-level construction projects across Alaska and Maui, working as a carpenter on everything from custom homes to military installations. His background also includes award-winning work as a documentary filmmaker and even a stint as a stuntman—proof of his bold, curious spirit and strong communication skills.
Kaleb’s transition into real estate was inspired by his years on the job site, where he collaborated closely with agents and witnessed the impact of a well-informed guide. After sustaining a serious injury that ended his contracting career, Kaleb saw real estate as the next chapter—one where he could continue helping people, but with a new focus. Now based in Texas, he combines hands-on construction expertise with a strategic, client-focused approach to help buyers and sellers navigate every step of the process with confidence.
Kaleb lives in Texas with his wife, Angela—an archaeologist and naturalist at heart—their three adventurous children, and their dog. When he’s not helping clients, you’ll find him paddleboarding with his family, writing music, or discovering new places to eat with Angela. Whether he's on the water or with his clients, Kaleb leads with integrity, insight, and a genuine love for helping people find where they belong.
