Born and raised in Austin, Karen Willard has a deep connection to the city she calls home. After earning her degree in design from the University of Texas, she spent a decade in New York City, working for a commercial development company before transitioning into residential real estate in 2016. Alongside her 9-to-5 work, Karen ran a furniture and home décor business, a venture that fueled her passion for homes and design.
Karen brings a unique blend of creativity, tenacity, and negotiation skills to her role as an agent. She thrives on solving challenges and navigating complex situations to ensure her clients’ success. Today, Karen lives in Austin with her two children—a 14-year-old son and a soon-to-be 10-year-old daughter—and their beloved French bulldog. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, walking her dog, and cooking delicious meals. Her love for Austin’s lakes, trails, live music, and food scene is woven into both her personal and professional life.
