Lauren Yoder helped me purchase a home recently, and I could not recommend her more. She was so thoughtful and responsive, always sending great homes to look at and consider. She helped us put in a few offers before securing a house we loved, and she kept our spirits high throughout the process (houses are like buses - there's always another one coming, she'd say). We're so happy now in the house that we bought, and she got us a phenomenal deal on it - we were able to secure all of the improvements we requested and got it at a lower price than listed.
