Libby moved to Austin from the DFW area in 2010 and quickly found herself staying far longer than planned. What began as a short-term move turned into a deep connection to the city’s outdoor lifestyle, vibrant food scene, and tight-knit community. Before real estate, Libby built a career in marketing, consulting, and advocacy roles across multiple industries. With a background in the hard sciences, data analytics, and graduate-level research, she developed a strong analytical foundation and a consultative communication style that now serves her clients exceptionally well.

Drawn to real estate for its blend of strategy, timing, and human connection, Libby brings a highly analytical, strategic approach to every transaction. She synthesizes complex information, anticipates challenges, and positions her clients thoughtfully in competitive and evolving markets. Her production awards reflect consistent results, but what matters most to her is helping clients clearly understand their options and move forward with confidence. She finds deep fulfillment in those pivotal moments when a client realizes homeownership is within reach or when a well-executed plan meaningfully impacts their financial future.

Outside of work, Libby embraces Austin’s active lifestyle. An avid runner, she has completed distances from 5Ks to marathons, including the 2025 NYC Marathon, and enjoys hiking, climbing 14ers, indoor bouldering, sand volleyball, and travel. She’s also taking her first mountaineering course this summer. At home, she’s kept on her toes by her fearless tortoiseshell rescue cat, Luna, and her energetic pittie, Bella—who never says no to a Starbucks pup cup.

What are some of your favorite local spots?

One of my favorite places in Austin is Walnut Creek Park. As an avid runner, I spend a lot of time on the trails there. You’re surrounded by trees, the terrain keeps you engaged, and in the spring you can spot wildflowers along the way. It feels immersive and expansive, even though you’re still in the city. That balance—challenging myself physically in nature and then stepping right back into Austin’s energy—is a huge part of why I love living and working here.

What causes are you passionate about?

I have tremendous respect for the work done by Austin Pets Alive!. As an animal lover, I value their practical, community-driven approach and the way they continuously show up for animals who need support. Their work reflects what I love about Austin—people coming together to make a meaningful local impact.
