Nick grew up in Waco and serves clients in Waco and the Greater Waco areas. Nick thrives on helping his clients achieve their real estate goals which has helped him become one of the top agents in Waco. He takes a team approach to real estate that has the client at the center with each team member playing a vital role throughout the process.
He attended both Tarleton and Baylor University graduating with a degree in Marketing. After graduation, he worked for two local brokerages for a combined 6 years before partnering up with Eric Bramlett with Bramlett Partners.
Nick is usually working, but when he’s not, you can find him wing hunting, golfing, or spending quality time with his Golden Retriever, Kai. He was also voted in as a board director for the Waco Association of Realtors and chairs the WAOR’s Young Professional Realtor committee. Additionally, he was selected to attend the Texas Realtors Leadership Program.
Nick’s specialties are Residential and Farm & Ranch listings as well as investment purchases and the simplified home buying process.
