With over 35 years in Austin and more than two decades in Northwest Austin, Teri brings unmatched local knowledge and dedication to every client relationship. Her background as a paralegal and legal administrator for a civil defense litigation firm provides her with a sharp eye for contracts and strong negotiation skills. Teri’s journey into real estate began with her own investments, where she discovered a passion for helping others build generational wealth through property ownership. Her personal experience as a buyer, seller, and investor equips her with valuable insights that allow her to deeply connect with her clients and guide them with empathy and expertise.
Teri’s approach is rooted in service and education. She’s not just a Realtor; she’s a trusted partner who focuses on relieving the stress of real estate transactions. Whether it’s helping a buyer settle into their first home or assisting a seller with closing a chapter on a long-loved property, Teri takes pride in earning her clients’ trust and being there for the big and small moments alike. As an active community member, she serves on the Northwest Austin Civic Association board, chairs the tree and environmental committee, and is involved in creating trails through the Steck Valley Greenbelt.
Teri moved to Austin in 1995 to attend the University of Texas and immediately connected with the city’s culture, casual vibe, and vibrant food scene. Today, she’s proud to call Austin home, embracing the community and all that makes the city special. She and her husband share a love for Austin’s vibrant culture alongside their two daughters—one a proud Longhorn and the other soon heading to the University of South Florida. Their mini schnauzer, Ralphie, is a neighborhood favorite and serves as the mayor of their street corner.
