Bailey Moran

Bailey Moran is amazing!!! She helped us find a rental when we were flying in for quick weekend trips to find a place to live as we relocated from out of state, helped us buy our home, and ultimately sell our home. Throughout each venture, she was always incredibly helpful, patient, available, and honest. I truly always felt that she had our best interest at heart, and I never felt rushed or like just another client. Bailey is an amazing realtor and I never once doubted her abilities. I would overwhelmingly recommend her to anyone. In addition, Bailey is just a really awesome person in general. She has a great sense of humor, is warm and welcoming, and I have always enjoyed her company. Plus, she had great food recommendations ;)

I just had a fantastic experience selling my house. Bailey Moran was my agent and she was just WONDERFUL.  I think it's easy for a professional to be wonderful when everything goes as planned but it is far more telling how excellent they are when things go wrong.  First of all, I am a first time home seller and was completely unfamiliar with the process.  Bailey did much more than answering my questions, because I didn't even know what questions to ask.  She provided such thorough information in our initial consult I felt like I had an excellent grasp on the process.  She provided a stager...free of charge!...who came out and gave me a complete plan on what to do to prepare my house for showings.  I followed their suggestions and the offers I got on my home were staggering...so much more than I had hoped.  Here's where things went wrong and Bailey really showed what a fantastic agent does.  My home went under contract right when we had a huge winter storm here in Texas.  I'm a nurse and I ended up being stuck at my hospital four days straight.  When I was finally able to get back home I found my pipes had burst and the house was flooded.  I really couldn't imagine a worse thing to have happened.  The floors, baseboards and all the doors had to be torn out.  There were over 30,000 claims in Austin alone, so there was a huge wait for plumbers, contractors etc...and I was supposed to be closing in two weeks!  Bailey worked magic with the buyers, their realtor and even the mitigation team that dried and repaired my house... she got them to create new contracts to transfer warranties to the new buyers, she checked in with me regularly to make sure I was doing okay, because she knew how stressed I was.  She was so reassuring and...she just handled everything.  She got the closing postponed and when I finally got the repairs completed the closing went off without a hitch.  She made what should have been an incredibly stressful experience SOOOO much better!  I feel incredibly lucky she was my agent.

And did I mention the actual sales process was so easy and she got FAR FAR more for my house than I would have ever expected?  I did, but it's worth repeating.  My house was only on the market for one weekend.  She is simply the best.

We just closed on our first home after working with Bailey Moran at Eric Bramlett Partners, and can not recommend her enough! The current Austin market is crazy, and we were so thankful for Bailey's insight and expertise throughout the process. We were moving from out of state, and she spent a lot of time in the beginning getting to know us and our interests and expectations, which was really helpful as she was providing direction. She took an entire day driving us all over Austin through different towns and neighborhoods, even as the infamous snow storm was rolling in. She also spent multiple days over several weekends looking at houses and taking videos for us. She was impartial as she toured the houses so that we could generate our own opinions, but also answered our questions honestly when we had uncertainties about one thing or another. We were also constantly impressed by her knowledge of the market in different neighborhoods, with the offers coming in at 10, 20, and up to 30% above asking price. She has clearly done her research (and keeps up with the ever-changing data and trends) and will always go the extra step to answer all of your questions. As first time homebuyers, this was extremely important and helped narrow down our search. We are so lucky to have found the perfect house for us, in the area that we wanted, and really don't think we could have done it without all of Bailey's help and guidance. Highly recommend Bailey if you are buying a home in the Austin area!!!

We were first home buyers and had little knowledge about the hunting process. One of our friends suggested Bailey Moran and we are so glad he did.
Bailey was truly exceptional to work with. She explained us the process and answered all our questions patiently. She is really knowledgable about the area and helped us narrow down our neighborhood.
We visited multiple houses and she would explain positives and negatives of each of the houses we visited. Eventually we settled on a new construction which took a total of 6 months to complete.Bailey was always available and responsive throughout and always made time for us.
Bailey attended all our meetings with the builders and even helped choose our options to increase the our home. Our builder was a little difficult to work with but Bailey expertly followed up with them and made sure all the deliverables were met and we were happy.
To sum it up I would say Bailey is the best. We would highly recommend Bailey and we look forward to working with her again.

Bailey was super knowledgeable and her expertise helped a lot in our screening/finalizing process of the property, She was guiding us to the right part and told us about all the advantages and disadvantages of the property which we where working with her for finalizing. Her nature of suggesting what the right value of the property in the city and what can be offered was the input which helped our family a lot on taking decision. She is very quick on the documents thinks over the clauses which we have to take care. I would highly recommend her for the property purchase.

I bought 3 properties with Bailey Moran in the Austin area, out of which 2 were during the toughest market conditions (pandemic and post-pandemic era). Prices were skyrocketing, inventory was record low, multiple offers on all properties, then all this topped up with a sudden, extreme mortgage rate hike. This all put us, buyers, in an extremely difficult position. Bailey’s expertise helped tremendously when navigating through these conditions and I’m happy to say that we found some one-of-a-kind, rare gem properties and made good deals despite the hot market.
