Kasey Gilliam was wonderful to work with. She is extremely responsive, knowledgeable about the area, and really knows what to look for when walking through a house. The same day, Kasey Gilliam called me and the rest is history. Being a first time homebuyer is filled with anxiety. You can do all the research beforehand, but there is nothing compared to working with Kasey and her extensive knowledge of the market and homebuying process. She listened to what was important to us. She walked us through every step of the way and never made us feel guilty of our endless questions. She pointed out what to look out for. She never pressured us into anything (and actually talked through why certain properties weren't good buys). She has a contact for everything. She always made herself available to show properties either the same day or the next - which can make all the difference when properties sell the same weekend. She sent us comparative analysis of neighborhoods so we could make decisions based on hard facts. And the cherry on top was I genuinely feel she wanted us to find the perfect house. Kasey was absolutely amazing! I came to her as an aimless buyer. I didn't know if I wanted a house or a condo, I didn't know what my budget was, I didn't know a thing about Austin, and Kasey could not have been more helpful. With one day's notice, we were in properties touring and talking through my likes and dislikes. Within two days of our first call, we had seen seventeen locations. When we finally did settle on a condo, there wasn't the perfect floor plan for me, so she took it upon herself to go off-market to see who would be willing to sell, and sure enough, she found someone. Multiple times she met me wherever I was staying and took calls well outside of business hours. She was a fantastic resource in the negotiation and then proceeded to talk to designers for me out of the kindness of her heart. I couldn't recommend Kasey enough; she will always be my go-to in Austin!

We actually ended up finding a builder that matched all of requirements and within budget. Thanks to Kasey this process was super easy and she answered all questions around what types of things would increase the resell value. Also she was able to connect us with a great lender and after pricing around to get competitive rates Kasey’s recommendation was the one we when with.
Before we got in touch with our realtor, Kasey Gilliam, we had put in numerous offers on homes in Austin only to find time and time again that another offer was accepted. It was incredibly frustrating and it felt like we were completely out of our depth (we were). With Kasey's help, we were able to make the right offer on a place and move into closing within DAYS. She bent over backwards to make the process easy for us and any time we had any questions of concerns, she was there to answer. She responded to the questions and inquiries from us and the seller quickly and updated us with new information promptly. She is reliable and pays attention to details. When she represented us at the final walkthrough, she identified important deficiency that was missed by the third-party inspector. We appreciate her knowledge, honesty, and hard work.

Kasey has been working with us for a long time now waiting for us to be ready to pull the trigger on that perfect house.
