Sarah was very patient when I was going back and forth between units weighing my options. She was able to get the better lease terms I wanted too. I’d definitely work with her again.
My husband and I moved from out of state, and we worked with Sarah to find our apartment. She was fantastic to work with, and I will recommend her to all my friends! She toured the apartments for us and took very detailed videos of each property. She was quick to respond to our questions and was so helpful in giving us information about the areas where we were looking. She found our dream apartment for us (and saved us from a few bad places!). Sarah was kind, professional, and extremely trustworthy. We could have never found this great of a place without her!

Sarah is a Rockstar! She handled everything to perfection. She coordinated the staging, met contractors for repairs and adjusted her schedule for last minute showings. I was traveling a lot during the listing period and Sarah took care of any/all issues locally for me. In addition, her analysis of comps came in handy for our final closing price. Working with Sarah Crowson on buying and selling my last house was great! She helped me create and refine the right criteria to find the ideal sized house with a wonderful yard, in the location I desired. We reviewed quite a few homes before I found the house I wanted to purchase. I was not pressured into buying any homes that I was not comfortable with. She also helped point out potential issues during walkthroughs.
The sale side of my house went wonderfully. She had a staging company come in and set the house up to look great. A professional photographer took the pictures. All of this generated a lot of interest in the house. I had a request to see the house within 2 hours of the sale posting online, with many more the next day. I had an offer in under 24 hours and an agreement within 2 days. The whole process was really smooth. I would highly recommend Sarah.
