I MUST shout to the world that this is the BEST REAL ESTATE company to ever go through. I thought that selling my house would be stressful but Bailey Moran from Bramlett Partners made it literally SO easy that I never had to lift a finger or even think about what the next step was. The entire crew Bailey, Felix, Stephen, Brianna (especially Bailey Moran!!!!), were constantly there for ANYTHING that I needed, which includes questions, concerns, information, etc. Anytime that I had a question, I literally got a response in less than an hour no matter what time of day or night with a full amount of information. Everyone on the team was so kind to explain the entire process to me (I had no idea how the process went or what I was doing but they ensured I knew EVERYTHING). I would receive "heads up" emails about what was going to happen within the next upcoming days and weeks. DocuSign and Notarize online were very helpful apps that we used and I got everything done from when I was overseas and far away. When I sold my house, I got the full amount the very same closing day within minutes. I could not have ever found a better company, these guys EXCEEDED my expectations to the max. Tara McGuire helped us sell a truly unique property with a unique situation involving my elderly father. She took special care to take my dad's needs into consideration, thoroughly screening and qualifying potential buyers as to not cause too much disruption to his daily schedule. She also did her homework to price our unique property and worked to get us the price we were looking for. She listened, offered frank counsel, and proved that her experience and skill were equal to the task. In the end, she negotiated hard for us and we had very successful outcome.

Today's real estate market has remarkably changed. You now have to compete against not only higher prices, limited inventory but also multiple bids. Craig McGuire was excellent in his approach to what is available, how to negotiate and offer the most attractive contract in a bidding war and also making sure that he is available to show when something does come on the market. I got out-bidded three times but in the end it was definitely worth it for finding the best home and more room for your buck.

This is my fourth...yes, my fourth real estate transaction with Tara McGuire! I've used Tara to buy and sell our family home, and then again for investment properties. Buying and/or selling a home today in Austin, TX can be very overwhelming, as this city is in such high demand and the desire for homes are outweighing the supply. Tara has been in Austin and in the real estate industry for over 20 years, so she is not only a top agent in Austin, she's a local! There was never a question I had to ask because it was already answered. She simplified every complication, minimized every major detail and ensured that every base was covered. One of her greatest qualities is that she is far more than just an agent to her clients. She's honest and goes above and beyond her role as a sales representative to ensure her clients are making sound decisions. She truly gets to know her clients and works tirelessly to find the perfect fit for their family. Client's that work with her don't just thank her and move on; they continue to have a longstanding relationship that includes forever having her in your corner for advice on any and everything Austin. She's the definition of your superhero! Buying or selling is such an emotionally fragile time and Tara will hold your hand through it all. She will be your suit of armor and go to bat for you all through the county. Tara is a wonderful realtor. I had a historic multi-family Clarksville home in downtown Austin. I had a bad first experiance with another realtor and agency. I contacted Bramlett Realtors after terminating that contract and reached Tara. I explained to her that the property I was wanting to sell was a historic one of a kind downtown property. Although the property had an amazing location and alot of historic charm and some beautiful artistc upgrades, it was going to be hard to sell. It was a complicated one of a kind property, that required more atttention then other sales. Tara did a great job. She secured banks that were able to finance our one of a kind multi-family sale if neccessary. Tara stuck by me after three contracts fell through. We ended up securing an all cash contract and closed in ten days. I was very lucky to find Tara. She did a great job representing me, and I felt like she had my back during entire time of representation. I highly recomend Tara and Braumlet Realtors for someone looking for a sellers representation realtor.

This is my second transaction working with Tara McGuire of Bramlett Realty, and she has been a consistent pillar of guidance for us during a crazy market in the Austin area. She met with me at the house and waited patiently until I was provided the necessary paperwork to list the house. During this whole time, she kept in touch, kept me updated on the housing market, and was very supportive. Her team supports her requesting pertinent information regarding the house in order to provide the most information to potential buyers. We listed on a Thursday morning, had three offers by noon, and when the listing closed on Monday had eleven offers with all but two being full cash offers. Tara worked diligently to ensure this sale went through as smoothly as it could. I will definitely use her again should I need to sell a house. I highly recommend Tara.
