My husband and I were planning a move to Austin TX and Vicki Duran was our realtor throughout these last 6 months. She has always been available and knowledgeable about the home buying process. She is professional, courteous and I recommend her for anyone looking to buy in the Austin area. I have lived in Austin most of my life, and finally scraped together the pennies to purchase my first home. Being very frugal with my money, I spoke with a handful of real estate agents, many who were noticeably eager to "earn my business." Joe Gage stood out from the crowd with his calm demeanor and absolute priority on understanding my goals.

My second concern once moving forward, was having a either a "salesman realtor", one who is more interested in making the sale or alternatively the "lethargic realtor", one that doesn't follow through after you take the initial steps with them. These are the things you can only learn about your realtor as you spend time searching for a home and visiting them. I can say without a doubt, Joe was neither of these things.

Joe helped bring my dreams into a reality. He was with me every step of the way, and made sure that we were looking at properties that matched my long list of criteria. If you are looking for a home in the Austin Area, give Joe Gage a ring and at least consider him along with the other agents you have talked to. If nothing else, talk to him so you can set a good benchmark for the "gold standard" in real estate purchasing. But I will say that I would be surprised if you can find a better agent that has his level of experience and expertise in the Austin market.

As investors, it was essential for us to have someone we could trust and help us navigate through the process. Because we do not live in the area, Linda did the walk-ins, took photos, videos, talked to the builder, and kept us posted up until the close of our home. Even after we closed, she helped us find a property management company and get some measurements we needed from the house.

Her service goes beyond buying and selling. Linda kept us informed about pricing, important news about the area, and statistics she shared monthly through email that helped us understand the market we were investing.

This is our second time using Vicki. She helped us buy our first house in 2017 and was fantastic throughout that process. She made sure to keep the builder on target to complete as promised and made sure that whole process was painless and easy.

We ended up choosing a different realtor to sell that house in 2020 and honestly regretted it. I wish we had used Vicki at that time.

When we decided to move back to Austin I reached out to Vicki and she was again, amazing. Because of our busy life and my crazy work schedule, we weren't able to actually go into Austin to find our house. We also ended up seeing the perfect house on the market a few months before we had decided to seriously start looking. In 24 hours, Vicki discussed the pros and cons of buying a house earlier than planned, set up a tour, and the toured the house for us. She then went again with my sister to make sure it was what we wanted.

We had a much more complicated process with this house- a lease back, difficulty with lenders, buying without ever setting foot in the house- and Vicki made it simple. I would definitely recommend her to anyone (and already have!)
