Working with Joel was great!! He was very knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to be around. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a realtor. Joel genuinely seemed excited to look at many homes with my wife and I. He was there for walk throughs of new house and pointed out the repairs that needed to be done. He has also stayed in touch after closing of house to see if we need help with anything.
