We had a great experience working with Nick. He offered us ideas, but also let us run the show. He was very flexible schedule-wise, and while he was very available, we didn't feel pressured or hurried to buy. He answered a lot of questions for us, and had a lot of contacts throughout the Waco area that gave us quotes/ideas on house issues/etc... He was great to work with while actually buying the house, but then went above and beyond to help us find contractors to do additional work that we wanted done before moving in, even doing some touch-up mowing on our new yard himself! 10/10 recommend using Nick as your realtor!
