Analeisa is a dream to work with… in the rough Austin market, she helped find us the perfect house, for the perfect price! Not only did Analeisa help me get under contract same-day as finding the right property, but successfully negotiated the price with the builder. Analeisa went out of her way to check in with the builder weekly by visiting the site and touch base on progress. Through this partnership of high-touch support, and despite building material supply chain issues, Analeisa and I were able to close ahead of the builder’s projected schedule! I couldn’t be more thankful for Analeisa’s expertise that led me to my new home!

Analeisa rocks! I was so fortunate in this wild Austin market to snag the first condo I placed an offer on or even viewed in person.
