Annette Patterson arrived in Austin in 1986 to attend the University of Texas and has considered herself a local ever since. Immersing herself in Austin’s vibrant art, film, and music scenes, she quickly fell in love with the city’s creative energy and sense of community. Having witnessed Austin’s transformation into a mecca for people from all walks of life, Annette treasures the friendships and professional relationships she’s built over the years.
With a degree in Communications and Advertising from UT, Annette spent two decades in advertising sales at The Austin Chronicle, gaining deep insights into what makes Austin unique. In 2011, she transitioned to real estate, combining her fascination with design and her knowledge of Austin’s neighborhoods to help clients achieve their goals. Whether assisting first-time buyers, seasoned investors, or families seeking their forever home, Annette takes pride in contributing to the city’s growth and well-being.
Annette and her family share a home in a charming central Austin neighborhood with their lively rescue dog, Queenie. In her free time, she enjoys hiking the Greenbelt, dining at local restaurants, and exploring Austin’s vibrant arts and music scene. On hot days, you can often find her cooling off with a swim, taking full advantage of everything the city has to offer.
