Can't say enough great things about this amazing realtor team! From the initial start of getting into the home buying process to close, Jen and her team made this absolutely seamless for us. We were first-time homebuyers and weren't sure what we were getting ourselves into, but Jen, Rachel, and David walked us through every step to help us better understand the entire process from start to finish.
Rachel and David did a fantastic job making sure we had all of our appointments booked and had information on the homes we were interested in, in advance. I appreciated their dedication of continuously checking in on us and making sure we had all of our questions answered. We never felt pressured while working with the Berbas team, which we truly appreciated. When it came to finding our first home, David was extremely helpful in getting our offer ready. He was super flexible and made himself available to us whenever we needed it. Rachel was equally wonderful -- super organized, quick to answer questions, and ensured we moved through the home buying process very quickly.

I recently purchased my first condo and can not recommend Jen and the rest of her team enough. Jen has an amazing process with first time home buyers and those new to the area to help you really understand the market and make sure everyone is on the same page. David was incredibly patient looking at houses all over Austin and offered great guidance and Rachel was so responsive to all my questions. The details…I wanted to write a long review as Jen and her team’s service warrants it… A home purchase is one of the most important purchases of your life, so you need to feel the same about who you are working with to support that purchase.
My wife and I had been living in Austin for a few months, we roughly knew the zip code we wanted to be in, but that was the extent of our Austin knowledge. We talked to a few Realtors, but the relationship didn’t click. However, halfway through our first meeting with Jen Berbas, we knew we had a connection.
Jen’s focus is on the long-term happiness of her clients and how she can aid us in making the right home decision. From our initial meetings on, there was no rushed or transactional conversations, no pressure to sign a buyer’s agreement, no being bombarded with homes to look at. Jen actively listened to what we wanted. Her goal was to make us happy and confident, and not feel rushed and pressured in a tight market, and potentially making the wrong decision.
Jen spent a lot of time upfront educating us about the pros & cons of Austin neighborhoods, the recent growth & valuation of the Austin market, considerations between old, recent, and new builds, weather impact and construction considerations, and walking through the terms and conditions of a house contract and what to expect when we do get an offer accepted. She also brings a wealth of quantitative data to support her market insights.
When we started viewing, we were armed with all the knowledge we needed to make decisions on neighborhoods and houses. Jen was honest about homes we viewed, and it helped immensely to have someone trusted to talk to. Jen and her team are also plugged into all the off-market homes and we were always viewing a home on the first available day, typically at one of the first time slots.
In under a month of working with Jen and her team, they found the perfect house for us listed off network. The home had multiple offers and Jen’s expertise in writing the correct offer with the right amount of option and earnest money was the reason our offer was accepted. In the five-day madness of the option period, she organized all the surveys we needed, either she or her team were there for every survey and helped us with results and next steps. She then helped us counter for a few items that needed to be fixed, as well as negotiating the right price for a short-term lease back the sellers needed.
Jen and her team are nothing short of amazing and supportive throughout the entire process and basically available 24x7 for any questions or concerns. In the end, we found our dream house and made new friends along the way, as we know Jen and her team will be there in the future for anything we need.

When moving to Austin, my fiancé and I wanted to buy a house and found the Jen Berbas team. After some consideration, we decided not to buy right away. Instead of dropping us, the Berbas team amazingly helped us find a beatiful place to rent even though they didn't have to. Two years later, my fiancé and I were ready to buy. Of course we called the Berbas team. Buying a house with them was so easy. They walked us through every process and educated us every step of the way. They of course made sure we made every deadline and made sure we signed ever document that was needed. We of course closed on time! We could not have asked for a better realty team. When the time comes that we want to sell and buy another place, we are not going to hesitate to call the Jen Berbas team. I 100% recommend them!

I was happy with the service Jen's team provided in the sale of my property. She and her team were professional and courteous during the entire process. She set realistic expectations regarding the sale of tenant occupied property, and worked closely with the tenants, property manager and the buyers agent to build and preserve as much tenant goodwill as possible during the sensitive era of COVID. Despite the long odds of finding an investor for a property with a below market long term lease, she secured an offer, managed the buyer's concerns regarding the property inspection, and presented market data persuading the buyer to proceed without price concessions given the excellent value of the property.

Jen Berbas and her team are simply amazing! From beginning to end, every step of the way, they were consummate professionals and they treated us like we were guest executives. Her entire group were all so focused and driven, yet so calm and reassuring throughout a rather daunting process.
We contacted Jen months before we were ready to put our home on the market and she held a brief meeting with us to discuss our plans and needs. She offered us some initial information and then sent us weekly updates for our area so that we could keep tabs on the current market. Jen is very data-driven and methodical in her approach to selling your home, and she can break down trends and current conditions, and explain it all in terms you can easily understand. When we were ready to list, Jen and Kristin went over strategy with us and gave us guidance on timelines and what to expect. Amadora came in to evaluate the presentation of our home and helped to ensure it was shown in the very best possible light. The photographers they used took some absolutely amazing photos of the house and yard that had us just stunned! Everything all the way down to the yard sign spoke to the quality and commitment they put forth to sell our home and made it a first rate production! We quickly went under contract and again they were there every step of the way to coach us through the process all the way through the closing.
