Caleb Miller is originally from Montana and first moved to Texas to attend Abilene Christian University. After graduating, he began his career in corporate finance in the Dallas area, where he gained extensive experience in data analysis, contract review, and client advisory. When Caleb and his wife, a Waco native, chose to settle closer to her family, he discovered a deep appreciation for the community spirit that defines the city. Over time, Waco became not just home, but a place he truly loves for its balance of familiarity and genuine connection.
Caleb entered real estate in 2002, driven by a desire to serve people through one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives. His background in finance and planning gives him a strong foundation in pricing strategy, contracts, and risk management, but what truly sets him apart is his relational approach. He focuses on building lasting connections—with clients, colleagues, and service providers—creating an experience rooted in trust, cooperation, and goodwill. His clients know him for going the extra mile, listening to their stories, and aligning every step of the process with their goals.
Outside of real estate, Caleb is a devoted husband and father of two. He and his family are active with their church community at Crestview Church of Christ in Woodway, where they participate in service projects and enjoy activities ranging from fishing in the Brazos to hiking in Cameron Park. At home, Caleb treasures time with friends and family, whether it’s hosting cookouts, playing basketball, or gathering around a board game.
