Mark and Carol are a top-notch team! The entire process from first meeting to closing was both comfortable and professional. To provide background, we interviewed a few different realtors to handle the sale of our rental house. After meeting Mark and Carol it was crystal clear who we were to hire. They were experienced in our neighborhood, knew the proper demographic to market the house to, and smart about decisions on what to fix and not. They ensured that the house was marketed correctly and importantly, at the right price point. In the current buyers market, Mark/Carol would follow-up with every single attendee to open houses and with any realtor that entered the house. Feedback was collected and minor adjustments were made as needed. Negotiations, on price and other criteria were handled with care. The entire sale was fantastic, mostly because Mark and Carol are good people (it really does make a difference).
