Christie Stephens is a born-and-raised Waco native with generations of family rooted in Central Texas. While she has briefly lived in Dallas and Austin, Christie has always returned to Waco for its peaceful charm and the strong sense of community she cherishes. For her, there’s nothing like being surrounded by friends, family, and the comfort of home.
Before transitioning to real estate, Christie owned a successful screen printing and embroidery business for 10 years and worked as a paralegal at a national law firm for 5 years. These roles equipped her with exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of client advocacy. Once her children were grown, Christie finally pursued her long-held passion for real estate. Her approach focuses on treating every client like family, guiding them through the transaction with care, and celebrating their milestones as if they were her own.
Christie has been married to her husband, Darrell, for 33 years, and they have three grown children: Lauren, Sean, and Shane, all of whom are married. Christie also adores her two German shepherds, Heidi and Ada, who she loves to spoil. In her free time, you can find Christie gardening in her flowerbeds, relaxing in her pool, or visiting Homestead Heritage in Gholson to embrace its natural lifestyle. She treasures the opportunity to connect with her community and enjoy the simple joys of life.
