Eric is a fantastic real estate broker. He's extremely knowledgeable of the market, and very patient. Eric has been helping me with an Austin purchase for over two years now. I'm making the purchase from DC, so it can be stressful, especially in a fast market like Austin's. We had a property under contract about 6 months ago, but it didn't work out, as there were just too many items that came up on the inspection. The whole time, Eric was very supportive, and didn't pressure me to go through with the deal. Since I've been looking for so long, I've gotten to know the different neighborhoods in central and east Austin very well, and Eric was the primary reason why that's happened. The only downside to looking for so long is that the market changes, but Eric keeps me up to date with the market trends, so I always feel like I know what's going on.
