I can highly recommend our real estate agent, Lauren Yoder with Bramlett Partners. She is professional, thoroughly knowledgeable and easy to work with. She guided us through the process of finding a home in the area we wanted and negotiated a good price within our budget. The house needed some updating and remodeling and Lauren recommended a contractor and designer we really liked working with. She was a good source for roofer and window company as well. Lauren is results oriented and is great at keeping all the details of a real estate transaction organized and the process moving forward. In preparing our old house to sell she judiciously focused on updating and painting areas of the house that would most increase appeal and implemented well thought out landscaping ideas. The house sold readily for a good price. In the last couple of years Lauren has helped several family members buy and sell homes and we have all been very happy with the the results.
