Our experience with Bramlett & Jeremy Vandermause was absolutely exceptional! Being new to Austin, buying our first home, and having a lot of stipulations around where we wanted to live, what kind of house, wanting to have some sort of ADU/income generating aspect, price, etc. , we we're coming in with high hopes, but low expectations that we would find what we we're looking for on the first go-around. We could not have been more pleased with the time, attention to detail, honesty, and insight from Jeremy as he guided us through the looking at houses and eventually purchasing the home we now live in! From the get-go, Jeremy was quick to communicate and listened to our goals and hopes for this first home. As we went through each home, he approached it as if he was going to live there and walked us through his concerns, the work he could see making the space better, and helped us evaluate if it was worthy of investment. We never felt pressured to make any decisions, but felt confident making smart ones with Jeremy as our realtor. As this was the first home, we were novices at navigating the process and all the hoops we had to jump through, the inspections that needed to take place, and the negotiations. Again, Jeremey confidentally guided us through this process with an incredible team and helped us wrap our head arounds the work our home would need and subsequently, get our home at a price that we could not have been more pleased with.
