I loved working with Joanna Jennings! It was truly a pleasure. She was a total professional, plus it was so refreshing to work with someone who did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it! That is so unique these days. Her organizational skills and expertise allowed her to stay on top things and see them through, while always staying in constant communication with me throughout the whole process. Heck, yesterday I had to hand deliver a document to the title company we are using, and they even mentioned what a pleasure it was to work with a realtor who was on top of things and proactively providing information to them! 5 Stars! I cannot say enough nice things about Joanna Jennings. When I met her I was at the point of being fed up with unproductive, pointless meetings with two prior real estate agents. From the beginning she listened to what I wanted and was looking for, only showed me listings that actually matched my needed criteria, and helped me to find my "dream" first home that is a perfect match to any "checklist" for a home that I had. She personally walked me through the mortgage process and explained, in detail, each and every step. I literally worried about nothing. Additionally, she has been actively involved in helping me with many needed services post closing. I would recommend Joanna to anyone. Her level of service is A + + and far exceeded any expectations in this process.
