My wife and I just bought our first home with Jonas. We were definitely in that camp of first time homebuyers that knew nothing about the process and how confusing it can be, but Jonas was exceptional at breaking everything down for us and talking through all our options at every step. His patience is also beyond reproach--We dragged our search out for two years waiting for the market to soften and he never pushed us, but was always extremely responsive and diligent in lining up properties to see. We can't recommend him enough, especially if you're a first timer like us.

Jonas was exceptional to work with, patient (we looked all over Austin and surrounding areas, west, south and north), always responsive, very informative and thorough. He went above and beyond to make sure all aspects of making an offer, inspections, closing etc were covered. Many weeks after our closing, we went back to him for help finding out some construction details on our house as we were doing some remodeling and he found out what we needed and responded basically that same day. We had a fantastic experience and will definitely use him in the future and would highly recommend him to our friends, family and any home buyers/sellers!
