Kim brings over a decade of experience in finance and a passion for fostering connections to her role as a real estate agent. Before entering real estate, Kim worked for 17 years as a Finance Manager in the semiconductor industry. This background equipped her with a deep understanding of financial decision-making, an invaluable skill when guiding clients through one of the largest investments of their lives. Originally from Connecticut, Kim spent her childhood in Minnesota before attending college in Indiana and starting her career in Chicago. She ultimately found her home in Austin, where she has lived longer than anywhere else. She cherishes the city’s vibrant culture, beautiful trails, and welcoming community.
Kim transitioned to real estate in 2012, initially working part-time while raising her three children. Inspired by a mentor she met through nonprofit work, Kim became a licensed realtor in 2014. Her approach to real estate is rooted in building lasting relationships, both with her clients and her colleagues. She values the collaborative environment of her brokerage, which she believes enhances her ability to serve her clients with personalized care and insight.
Kim lives in Austin with her husband, Chad, their three children—Rhys, Sela, and Alice—and their two dogs, Spike and Mazzy. In her free time, Kim enjoys cheering on her kids at their activities, spending quality time with family and friends, and taking in all that Austin has to offer.
