Kristiana Beck grew up as an Army brat, moving frequently before settling in New Jersey for high school. She later attended the University of Florida, drawn by the warm weather and the energy of a big school. After college, two close friends moved to Austin, and after visiting a few times, Kristiana knew the city was the perfect fit—full of active, friendly people and surrounded by beautiful outdoor spaces.
Kristiana’s real estate career began in 2006 while working in finance for land partnerships at a brokerage. After observing agents at work, she realized their job seemed much more dynamic and fulfilling, and she’s never looked back. A veteran of the Central Texas commercial real estate market, Kristiana brings 20 years of experience in land brokerage, entitlement, development, and commercial leasing. She assists landowners in analyzing, marketing, entitling, and selling property, and helps clients identify and acquire both on- and off-market opportunities across Texas—often winning in competitive, multiple-offer situations. Known for her responsiveness, strong communication, and dedication to her clients’ best interests, Kristiana leverages her deep knowledge of zoning regulations, political climates, and development ordinances to guide her clients through complex transactions. Her long-standing relationships with landowners, city officials, developers, and brokers give her a valuable edge when it comes to negotiating deals and navigating entitlements.
Kristiana lives in Austin with her husband, Q, and their two beloved dogs, Dieter, a mini bull terrier, and Chopper, a standard poodle. In her free time, she enjoys Pilates, hiking, scuba diving, cooking, reading, and gardening.
