I worked with Lauren Yoder and she was AMAZING. She was extremely patient and knowledgeable (which is incredibly helpful as first time home buyers). She really looks out for her clients and will do everything that's in the client's best interest. Can't recommend her enough!

Thanks to our agent Lauren the whole process of buying a home felt much easier than expected. She did a great job relaying information and breaking down the process so that we didn't feel overwhelmed. We had a few setbacks with repair items before closing but Lauren handled it in a way that didn't add stress to our lives. She is highly competent and also a really kind and caring person. I don't have enough great things to say about Lauren Yoder as my agent. I had been searching for a house for 3 months with other agents/Zillow/RedFin/etc before I finally connected with Lauren. It was a world of difference when I started working with her. I had a very specific location, pricing, and home condition for my search, and Lauren continuously spent a ton of time and effort looking for properties that fit my criteria that were both on and off market. Her knowledge of the east side is unmatched and ultimately led to me finding my ideal home! We spent many days looking at properties, on the phone, and texting, and Lauren was very patient with me and available to answer questions and concerns at every step in the process. Her attention to detail and transparency made this a seamless process for me, which is crucial as a first time single homebuyer. She always made me feel like a priority, even though I know she's balancing many clients at a time. I don't plan to buy another home for a while, but would highly recommend Lauren to anyone I know who is!

Lauren made this process an absolute dream! She was excellent about breaking down the complicated ins and outs of purchasing a home into small, easy to consume explanations. My husband and I are pretty critical people and I'm so thrilled to be able to say that there wasn't one moment either of us said "I wish Lauren would have..." or "It would be better if..." Lauren anticipated every single one of our needs and concerns and was immediately ready with a response or solution. I have never worked with a Realtor before, but I find it hard to believe the process could be as enjoyable with anyone else. I absolutely recommend Lauren's services to anyone buyer or selling in the future and will be giving her a call if/when we are on the hunt again.

Eric and his team are amazing! We have used Eric to sell two houses, buy one, and find a tenant for another. We can't get enough of his professionalism!
