Should the time come that you wish to sell your house or are looking to buy a new one, I highly recommend working with Libby. I called him on a whim back in August asking about a new development and well, here we are today. My house was under contract in 4 days, had multiple offers and was sold for above asking price. I should mention that the day I listed, 12 houses in Brookfield were on the market that day. I got the most for my money and in the end, the house sold exactly like every owner would want.
