Lisa Roberts

Lisa is originally from Southern California and later moved to Utah for college, where she built a life, married her husband, Matt, and spent a decade in the Salt Lake City area. Her professional background includes working in marketing and serving as an office manager for a small real estate brokerage—experience that sharpened her organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex processes. In 2016, Lisa and her family relocated to Austin for Matt’s career in the tech industry, and it didn’t take long for the city to feel like home.

Lisa’s journey into real estate began in 2007, when she managed marketing campaigns for a brokerage in Utah before stepping into an office management role. What started as a job quickly became a passion as she gained deeper insight into the industry. After moving to Austin, she earned her Texas real estate license in 2017 and has since built her business around thoughtful communication, strong relationships, and truly understanding her clients’ needs. With a degree in behavioral science, Lisa brings a natural curiosity and empathy to every interaction, asking the right questions and listening closely so she can guide clients with clarity and care.

At the heart of Lisa’s work is a simple philosophy: treat people the way you want to be treated. Her clients know she prioritizes what’s best for them—not what’s easiest or most convenient—and that trust has led to lasting relationships and repeat business. Outside of real estate, Lisa is busy cheering on her three children and enjoying Austin’s vibrant culture. She and Matt, married for nearly two decades, love spending time with their kids—Lily, Luke, and Quinn—attending concerts, comedy shows, and Broadway performances, trying new restaurants, and savoring cozy family movie nights at home.

Why is it important to you to partner with a local brokerage?

Running into friends around the city is one of the things I value most about raising our family in Austin. Even as the city grows, it still carries a small-town feel, and the relationships I’ve built here mean so much to me. Partnering with Bramlett Partners keeps me connected to those roots. They’re deeply invested in Austin and intentional about staying local, even as other brokerages are absorbed by large corporate chains. What truly sets Bramlett Partners apart, though, is their unwavering focus on the client—exceptional service isn’t a bonus, it’s the standard. That support allows me to stay fully present and personally guide my clients every step of the way.

What are some of your favorite local spots?

The Violet Crown Trail is one of our favorite places to hike and explore as a family. Walking along the limestone cliffs of Barton Creek and greeting fellow hikers is a perfect reminder of why we live here—you feel completely immersed in nature while still being right in the heart of Austin. In the spring, the wildflowers make it especially beautiful. And no outing is complete without a quick stop at TacoDeli on Spyglass Drive on the way to Barton Springs.

What causes are you passionate about?

Because my work revolves around helping people find homes, the issue of housing insecurity has always been close to my heart. Volunteering with Community First! Village in East Austin has been especially meaningful for our family—it’s incredibly inspiring to see lives transformed through the compassion and care of our community. We also volunteer with a local food bank and grocery program, helping stock shelves, assemble care kits, and assist families with their groceries. Seeing how small acts of support can create lasting change is a powerful reminder of the impact we can have when we show up for one another.
