Lisa is originally from Southern California and later moved to Utah for college, where she built a life, married her husband, Matt, and spent a decade in the Salt Lake City area. Her professional background includes working in marketing and serving as an office manager for a small real estate brokerage—experience that sharpened her organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex processes. In 2016, Lisa and her family relocated to Austin for Matt’s career in the tech industry, and it didn’t take long for the city to feel like home.
Lisa’s journey into real estate began in 2007, when she managed marketing campaigns for a brokerage in Utah before stepping into an office management role. What started as a job quickly became a passion as she gained deeper insight into the industry. After moving to Austin, she earned her Texas real estate license in 2017 and has since built her business around thoughtful communication, strong relationships, and truly understanding her clients’ needs. With a degree in behavioral science, Lisa brings a natural curiosity and empathy to every interaction, asking the right questions and listening closely so she can guide clients with clarity and care.
At the heart of Lisa’s work is a simple philosophy: treat people the way you want to be treated. Her clients know she prioritizes what’s best for them—not what’s easiest or most convenient—and that trust has led to lasting relationships and repeat business. Outside of real estate, Lisa is busy cheering on her three children and enjoying Austin’s vibrant culture. She and Matt, married for nearly two decades, love spending time with their kids—Lily, Luke, and Quinn—attending concerts, comedy shows, and Broadway performances, trying new restaurants, and savoring cozy family movie nights at home.
