Before becoming a licensed broker, Lynn began her real estate journey as an investor—managing her own portfolio, GC’ing major renovations, and navigating land development. She’s experienced in creative financing, and has worked with short-, medium-, and long-term rentals. That firsthand knowledge gives her clients a serious edge, whether they’re buying their forever home or working to build wealth through real estate.
With a master’s degree in Latin American Studies and a background in geopolitical and economic analysis, Lynn understands how policy, demographics, and market trends intersect. Having lived in Dallas, Houston, and Austin, Lynn has a sharp understanding of Texas market dynamics — especially in Austin, where she’s watched the city evolve from a quirky college town to a global tech and culture hub. When she’s not helping clients, Lynn can be found walking Lady Bird Lake with an audiobook, kayaking, or spending time with her husband, two teenage kids, and their dog, Sadie Grey.
