 I found Margaret Jolly to be unusually qualified in every way, from her academic background, to her specific knowledge of real estate in our local area of Taylor, in addition to Austin.  While I appreciated her aesthetic eye in assisting decisions regarding how to best “show” the house, what really sets Margaret apart, in my estimation, was her dedication and hard, physical work she was willing to put forth, coupled with an attentive and listening ear, sensitive to what I was saying and willing to act on it.  She was always within easy reach for communications, and answered any questions I had quickly and completely.  Last, but certainly not least, my home was under contract two days after it went “live” - we closed in one month!  I wholeheartedly recommend Margaret Jolly!
