Mary Davis

Originally from Carmel, Indiana, Mary Davis moved frequently growing up and developed an early appreciation for the meaning of “home.” She and her husband relocated from Chicago to Austin in 2006, drawn by its warm weather, vibrant culture, and proximity to family. Before pursuing real estate, Mary built a successful career in pharmaceutical sales, a role that sharpened her communication skills, professionalism, and client-centered approach.

Mary’s interest in real estate began early, attending open houses with her parents on weekends. When her sons started school, she turned her long-time passion into a profession—combining her love for design, people, and problem-solving. Her background in home renovation and flipping gives her clients an added advantage when it comes to evaluating properties and visualizing potential. Known for her patience, focus, and genuine care, Mary ensures her clients feel supported at every step of the process.

Outside of real estate, Mary enjoys running, traveling, cooking, and exploring Austin’s restaurants with her family. She lives in Austin with her two sons, Wyatt and Eli “Coop,” along with their lively household of four dogs and two cats. Her love for animals and commitment to community shine through in both her personal and professional life.

Why is it important to you to partner with a local brokerage?

Partnering with a local brokerage means having real, personal support. After working with a large national brand, I truly appreciate the more connected, community-focused environment that a local firm like Bramlett Partners offers. It feels personal and collaborative—exactly what I value most in this business.

What’s your favorite local spot and why?

Right now, I’d say shopping at The Domain. It’s a fun place to unwind and people-watch, and I enjoy the mix of shops, restaurants, and energy there. It’s also close to home, so it’s an easy escape when I need a little time to recharge.

Is there a local cause that’s important to you?

I’ve volunteered with both Community First Village and the Ronald McDonald House. Each provides meaningful, hands-on ways to give back—whether by supporting families in need or helping people build stability and connection within our community.
