Melanie, originally from Dallas, Texas, has proudly called Austin home since 1994. After attending The University of Texas at Austin, Melanie briefly left the city but quickly returned, drawn by Austin's vibrant community and unmatched charm. With a background in commercial real estate development and over a decade of experience in sales at Dell, Melanie brings exceptional communication skills and a client-first approach to her real estate career.
Melanie began her journey in real estate in 2004, inspired by a desire to work independently while helping friends navigate one of life’s biggest decisions—buying their first homes. She loves the variety her career brings, from working with a diverse network of peers to tailoring her services to each client’s needs. Her passion for building relationships and commitment to excellence sets her apart in the Austin market.
When she’s not working, Melanie enjoys spending time with her husband of 18 years, John, and their three children. A devoted sports mom, she loves cheering on her kids at football and soccer games. She’s also an avid runner, reader, and lake enthusiast, often spending summer days at her family’s Lake LBJ retreat.
