Originally from Lufkin, Texas, Nancy has lived in various parts of the country, including Florida, Chicago, and Tennessee, before settling in Austin 15 years ago. Drawn by the city’s unique culture and vibrant community, she knew there was no better place to call home.
Before transitioning into real estate, Nancy built a career in the hospitality industry as a culinary chef, mastering the art of multitasking and connecting with people from all walks of life. Her inspiration for real estate began early, influenced by her parents’ passion for revitalizing homes. Touring homes with her mom instilled a love for architecture and design that she carries into her career today. Nancy’s firsthand experience with buying, selling, and building homes gives her a unique ability to guide her clients through every step of the process with empathy and expertise.
Outside of work, Nancy enjoys an active and fulfilling life with her young daughter, two dogs—Tina and Violet—and her cat, Fergie. Whether traveling, spending time outdoors, or entertaining family and friends, she loves creating meaningful moments with the people and pets she cares about most.
