With a background as a civil engineer in Austin’s real estate development and years as a math educator, Patti blends problem-solving skills with clear, empathetic communication. Her journey in real estate was inspired by her passion for community development and a lifelong involvement in housing transitions, as well as her designing and building multiple homes for her own family. Today, she thrives on helping clients see the hidden potential in homes, guiding them with practical expertise and creative vision.
A proud Austinite, Patti first arrived in the city as a student at UT, where she met her husband Joe. Though her career initially took her away, Austin’s charm and growth always pulled her back. She and Joe raised their children here and now enjoy watching their grandkids experience the same central Austin traditions they’ve loved for decades. Whether it’s attending UT events, exploring Zilker Park, or enjoying family outings, Patti cherishes Austin’s ability to combine small-town community with big-city energy.
When Patti isn’t serving her clients, she enjoys walking Austin’s neighborhoods, staying active with Pilates, and spending time with her extended family at All Saints Presbyterian.
