Originally from Denver, Paul moved to Austin in his late 20s for what was supposed to be a short adventure. Seventeen years later, the city’s vibrant culture, welcoming community, and easy access to nature have kept him firmly planted. Before entering real estate, Paul spent 13 years in the telephony and software industries as a Project Manager, where he mastered the art of managing complex projects, budgets, and timelines—skills that now serve his clients exceptionally well.
Paul has been investing in real estate since 2004 and became a licensed agent in 2011. His strong background in customer service, honed over 25+ years, is the foundation of his client-focused approach. Whether helping someone find their next home, a renovation project, or an investment property, Paul brings the same level of dedication, clear communication, and strategic insight to every transaction. He values building lasting relationships and thrives on the energy and enthusiasm of the industry.
When he’s not working, Paul enjoys Austin’s outdoor lifestyle, especially hiking, camping in the mountains, and exploring the city’s extensive greenbelt trails. An animal lover, he shares his home with two dogs and can often be found playing sand volleyball or pickleball. For Paul, life in Austin is about balance—connecting with nature, building community, and enjoying the city’s ever-evolving charm.
