Tatiana has called Austin home for nearly her entire life. Though not born here, she proudly considers herself a true Austinite, having grown up alongside the city she loves. Before transitioning into real estate in 2020, Tatiana built a career as a Creative & Marketing Director for several local businesses, led multiple home remodeling projects, and even spent a year abroad teaching English as a foreign language. Her background in design and home improvement gives her clients a unique advantage—she’s able to help buyers see beyond what a home is and envision what it can become.
Since stepping into real estate full-time, Tatiana has been driven by the relationships she builds with her clients. She understands that buying or selling a home is one of life’s most significant milestones, and she approaches each transaction with care, creativity, and a long-term mindset. With more than 28 years of local insight, she offers clients a deep understanding of Austin’s neighborhoods, culture, and evolving market. Tatiana is committed to being a trusted resource well beyond the closing table.
Tatiana and her husband, Sam, have been married since 2018 and welcomed their daughter, Vivienne, in July of last year. Their family also includes two beloved dogs—Shadow, a giant schnauzer, and Lula, their not-so-standard poodle. Outside of real estate, Tatiana enjoys large-scale painting, tackling home improvement projects, discovering new patios for happy hour, visiting family at their ranch in Pagosa Springs, Colorado, and spending time outdoors with her family and dogs.
