Teri went above & beyond the call of duty to make my home sale a great experience. She wrote an awesome unique summary of my property (on zillow, realtor.com, MLS & other sites) that I believe set the tone for how buyers (& other realtors) viewed the property. She confirmed my hunch on the correct listing price (which was much higher than others in the community) & it sold close to this price. Teri assisted me on several things I was not able to tend to while out of town toward the end of this process. Even after close there were a few things with other vendors that she ran interference on to assure I was taken care of properly. I could not have asked for a better realtor & I would highly recommend Teri Schock.
