Tracey Guttes
Tracey Guttes

Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Tracey embraced the warmer weather of Austin as soon as she could, attending The University of Texas for her undergraduate studies. Now a longtime Hill Country resident, Tracey loves the relaxed atmosphere of Austin, from its vibrant music scene to its incredible culinary offerings. Her background as a corporate buyer negotiating large-scale computer purchases taught her the importance of precision, communication, and negotiation—skills she seamlessly translates into real estate.

Tracey entered the real estate world after completing her own home purchases and major renovation projects, driven by her desire to help others find their dream homes or take the next step in their real estate journey. She is known for providing her clients with in-depth data and analysis to guide them in making well-informed decisions. Her commitment to serving as a single point of contact throughout the process ensures a smooth and personal experience for each client.

When she’s not working with her clients, Tracey enjoys life in the Hill Country with her husband, their three rescue dogs, and two horses. With grown children living in San Diego and New York City, Tracey cherishes time spent with family and friends. She loves the great outdoors, often hiking, gardening, and soaking in the natural beauty that Austin has to offer.

Why is it important to you to partner with a local brokerage?

Nobody understands the nuances of a city as well as a local. Bramlett Partners focuses exclusively on the Central Texas market, and I’m proud to work alongside a team that shares my commitment to the community and its unique characteristics.

What is your favorite local spot and why?

Reimers Ranch is a year-round gem in the Hill Country. It’s the perfect reminder of why we call this area home. With equestrian trails, hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, and a river to float, there’s truly something for everyone to enjoy.

Is there a local cause that is important to you?

Field to Family Dogs is a cause close to my heart. This organization re-homes dogs from hunting lodges, from puppies to retirees. Whether it’s Cockers, Pointers, Setters, or Labradors, these lovable dogs are thrilled to find their forever families.
