Trey Blanco

Originally from Fort Worth, Texas, Trey moved to Austin in 2010 to be closer to his now-wife, Katheryn. Drawn to Austin’s rich, diverse culture and vibrant food scene, Trey has made North Austin his home, where he enjoys the city’s laid-back yet lively atmosphere.

Before transitioning to real estate, Trey spent over a decade in digital marketing and tech, focusing on e-commerce and email marketing. This experience honed his ability to listen to clients, anticipate their needs, and deliver results with precision. Real estate has always been a passion for Trey, and the pandemic provided the perfect opportunity for him to make the leap into the field he loves. Since earning his license, Trey has dedicated himself to providing a seamless and rewarding experience for his clients, tailoring his approach to fit their unique needs.

Trey lives with his wife, their energetic son Julian, and their rescue dog Summer, a Great Pyrenees Lab-mix. When he’s not working, Trey enjoys grilling, playing fantasy football, traveling, and exploring Austin’s best Tex-Mex and BBQ spots. Whether it’s a road trip or a backyard BBQ, Trey values family time and the incredible opportunities Austin provides for creating lasting memories.

Why is it important to you to partner with a local brokerage?

Partnering with a local Central Texas brokerage provides valuable insights into neighborhood trends, property values, and market dynamics. Combining local expertise with cutting-edge technology allows me to deliver a seamless, personalized experience for my clients.

What is your favorite local spot and why?

My favorite spot is IPIC at the Domain. It’s the perfect little escape to kick back in a recliner and enjoy a great film. Paired with a visit to Estancia, a Brazilian steakhouse nearby, the combination of great food and exceptional service always leaves me recharged.

Is there a local cause that is important to you?

The Central Texas Food Bank and Community First! Village are two causes close to my heart. The Food Bank provides essential resources to those in need, while Community First! Village creates affordable housing and a sense of community for individuals transitioning out of homelessness. Both organizations make a real difference in Austin, and I’m proud to support their missions.
