Vicki Duran
Vicki Duran

Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, Vicki Duran moved to the Austin area in 1989 when her husband took a new job. Since then, she has embraced everything Central Texas has to offer, from the live music scene to the vibrant food culture. Vicki loves the sunny weather and all things Texas Longhorns, and she is delighted that her children and grandchildren have also made this area their home.

Before transitioning into real estate in 2015, Vicki managed campus recruiting for a major consulting firm and served as a Senior Associate Director of MBA Admissions at UT Austin. Building relationships and guiding candidates were critical aspects of her previous roles, and these skills have translated seamlessly into her real estate career. She combines patience, data-driven insights, and a solutions-focused approach to ensure her clients feel supported throughout their buying or selling journey.

In her personal life, Vicki enjoys walking daily, participating in her neighborhood book club, and spending time with friends at monthly Bunco gatherings. Vicki and her husband are wine enthusiasts, frequently visiting local hill country wineries, and they enjoy time at their beach house in Port Aransas, which doubles as a vacation rental and a getaway for family and friends.

Why is it important to you to partner with a local brokerage?

It was a privilege to join Bramlett Partners in early 2017. Eric, our broker, is deeply committed to the continuous improvement of agents and systems. This focus on excellence enables me to provide exceptional service to my clients, backed by cutting-edge platforms and support.

What is your favorite local spot and why?

One of my favorite spots is the historic square in Georgetown. Filled with restaurants, boutiques, and wine-tasting rooms, it comes alive with music events, festivals, and holiday lights throughout the year. It’s the perfect place to relax and soak in the charm of the community.

Is there a local cause that is important to you?

I volunteer with Helping Hands of Georgetown, where I help prepare and distribute meals for people in need. Feeding others has always been a passion of mine, and I’ve also supported Mobile Loaves and Fishes through my parish. Giving back to the community is deeply fulfilling and allows me to make a meaningful impact.
